Step 1
Managers requiring expert health advice to support one of their employees registers on Vivam Health’s bespoke platform.
Step 2
Within 5 minutes, the manager can register, complete a referral form that guides each step of the referral process, and book an appointment at a chosen date or time with a suitable qualified clinician.
Step 3
The manager and the employee receive confirmation of the appointment and the employee is able to confirm or re-arrange the appointment time in order to ensure attendance.
Step 4
The clinician will contact the employee either via video call or phone depending on the clinician triage decision.
Step 5
Within 48 hours, the clinician will publish the report. Depending on the consent process, the report will be available within 48 hours of the appointment to the employer.
